If you have a complaint about your Mediacom cable or high speed internet service, we suggest that you first visit their website, or call them at 888-847-6228. If you are still unable to resolve your problem with the company, you can report it to Ty Coleman, the City of Iowa City's Cable TV liaison. Ty can often work with Mediacom staff to help resolve the problems. Complaints are also monitored by the ICTC as indicators of cable franchise compliance.
