In the world of law enforcement, there are many ways to make a positive impact on someone. We are highlighting the efforts of individuals who work for or with the Iowa City Police Department - many of them civilians - to connect the people we serve with resources, build relationships, or be a source of stability during a difficult time. We call it the "Difference Maker Spotlight."
As Community Outreach Assistant, Daisy Torres serves a vital role for the Iowa City Police Department. Daisy is tasked with building relationships and fostering connections in the community and does so through a variety of means.
