Request For Comments. The Iowa City Telecommunications Commission has begun their Triennial Review process. Every three years the Commission conducts a comprehensive review of the cable operator’s overall compliance with the City franchise agreement and ordinance and reviews their technical, financial, service and programming performance. As part of this process the Commission will conduct a public hearing to gather input from the public. You can submit comments by emailing info@citychannel4.com.

Our Mission
The Cable TV Division's mission is to serve, build, and strengthen the City and community through a variety of services offered through the Administrative Offices and with Cable TV City Channel 4 and Interactive Channel 5.
CTS provides free video services to area non-profit organizations.
